EPG hosts annual conferences in universities rotating between the US and Europe. Since 2015, EPG has hosted 9 conferences. The 2025 conference will be hosted by a consortium of Swiss Universities: ETH Zurich, University of Bern, University of Lucerne, and EPFL Lausanne.
